40% Brazil Fazenda Pantano – Fazenda Pantano brings notes of chocolate and almonds with great body and red berry sweetness.
40% El Salvador Finca Bosque Lya – The Bosque Lya has a creamy milk chocolate flavour and notes of caramel and stewed plums.
20 % Sumatra Jagong – Jagong adds real depth of flavour with solid dark chocolate body.
